1. Local transfer of remains from a hospital or medical examiner’s office in NYC’s five boroughs or Long Island, Please add $125 if additional staff is needed such as transfer from residence 
2. Basic services of the funeral director and filing necessary authorizations
3. Alternative container for cremation
4. local transportation to the crematory 
5. Crematory Charge Included

• Cash Advances are not included $40 Final Disposition permit charge,
• Certified copies of the death certificates are $15 dollars each in NYC 
• No viewing  services are included in the $925 direct cremation charge.
